The staff at The Terrace Villas are friendly and go above and beyond for their clients that are staying with them. My partner and I stayed for a month when we first moved to Wellington and I can not say enough positive words about the service we received during our stay. I was pleased with their weekly housekeeping and the kitchen was always stocked with the little things such as salt and pepper, tea and coffee.

While we were looking for permanent accommodations after relocating to New Zealand for work we were given tips along the way by reception and received advice on where to shop, how to get around and things to see/do. Would recommend anyone stay at The Terrace Villas short term or long term.

Every member of staff we met was warm, friendly and welcoming. The location of the apartments was perfect, within walking distance of the City Centre, the Quay and the Botanical Gardens.

Our apartment No. 2011 was at the rear of the property on the top floor with an outlook onto trees and hills, beautiful and hard to imagine you were in a city. Parking available at a reasonable cost.

We loved the layout of the rooms, the comfy bed and the cleanliness, cannot recommend highly enough and we definitely be back.

Fantastic facilities and amazingly, pet friendly! Myself and my two pups found ourselves temporarily ‘evicted’ during some construction at our home, and the team at Terrace Villas rescued us and we were able to stay in a completely self contained unit. The unit had everything you could need, I mean everything! It was wonderfully comfortable and impeccably clean. The room was warm and quiet and the dogs loved the local dog park. I would not hesitate to return!

I stayed at the Terrace Villas for 5 months over the winter period and from the time I walked in the door I felt at home. The staff are friendly and could not do enough to help and make my stay comfortable. This is a fantastic alternative to hotel accommodation; there are all the comforts and facilities you would expect with the feeling of being in your own wee home.

Sold the family home after 29 years but hadn’t found the right one to start our next adventure. 8 months and two rentals later (both sold) and no where to go – just the 2 of us and our cat! Welcomed to Terrace Villas where we were greeted as old friends, it was soooo easy and felt like home immediately. Everything we needed was there, location superb, staff so thoughtful and kind. We stayed in a one bed-room apartment at Terrace Villas. The apartment was spacious, clean, well-equipped, had good heating, and was very comfortable to stay in. It is centrally located, within walking distance to shops, supermarkets and parks. The staff were friendly, very responsive, and went out of their way to assist us. We enjoyed our stay here.

Great location for work or visit to Wellington. Spacious villas. Helpful and unobtrusive staff. Villas have laundry facility and little kitchenette which is really handy. Short walk to downtown or Vic University.
